Application Range

Model MMU-10G high-temperature end face friction and wear Tester is a multi-functional Friction and Wear Testing Machine newly developed by our company. Its core applications and functions are comparable to the American FALEX No.6 Multi-Specimen Test machine, while integrating the Testing capabilities of high-temperature end face wear and high-temperature pin-on-disk wear.

It serves as an essential simulation evaluation Tester for the research and development of various high-temperature resistant materials, high-temperature coatings, medium-to-high grade hydraulic oils, internal combustion engine oils and gear oils. When equipped with optional auxiliary accessories, the machine can realize rolling, sliding, or combined sliding-rolling friction under specified contact pressure. Fitted with a stepless speed regulation system, it can evaluate the friction and wear properties of lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, ceramics and other materials under ultra-low or high rotating speeds.

Its available test functions include low-speed pin-on-disk friction (configurable with large/small disks, single-pin and three-pin setups), long-duration four-ball anti-wear test, four-ball rolling contact fatigue test, ball-bronze three-piece lubrication performance test, as well as tests for thrust washers, ball-on-disk specimens, mud abrasion, lip seal torque and stick-slip friction of rubber sealing rings. The high-temperature end face testing module has been widely adopted in numerous scientific research institutes.

The MMU-10G tester boasts broad application prospects across all professional tribology fields, petrochemical, machinery, energy, metallurgy, aerospace industries, as well as universities and research institutions.
