KS-XT500 Multi-mode Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
1.Introduction
This instrument is a multi-mode ultrasonic thickness gauge, which can measure the thickness of metal and non-metal materials, and can reverse the sound velocity of materials. Compared with the traditional measurement method, the advantage of the ultrasonic thickness gauge is that it can complete the thickness measurement as long as it can touch one side of the workpiece to be measured. This instrument can accurately measure the thickness of the workpiece without removing the paint coating layer on the surface of the workpiece to be measured. This instrument can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.
2. Parameters
2.1 Multi-mode thickness measurement function: launch-echo mode (P-E) and echo-echo (E-E) mode;
2.2 Measurement range: in transmit-echo mode, (0.65～600)mm (in 45# steel, the probe is applicable in sections);
Penetrable coating thickness 2mm;
In echo-echo mode, (2.5～100)mm (45# steel, P5EE probe);
2.3 Sound speed range: (100～9999) m/s;
2.4 Resolution: 0.1mm/0.01mm/0.001mm optional;
2.5 Indication accuracy: ±0.04mm (<10mm); ±0.4%Hmm (>10mm); H is the thickness of the measured object
2.6 Measurement cycle: 10 times per second for single point measurement, 16 times per second for scanning mode;
