The KASON CSL-E series is a dual-station electric broaching/notching machine designed for preparing notched specimens for Charpy impact testing. This floor-standing independent unit features a user friendly interface for simple operation.

The CSL-E is capable of machining V-notches and U-notches for Charpy and Izod impact tests in accordance with the latest industry standards, producing high-quality notched specimens comparable to those machined on a milling machine.

With its dual broaching system, the CSL-E can process two specimens simultaneously in just a few seconds with exceptional precision and repeatability. High-precision broaches can be selected according to requirements for V-notch or U-notch specimen preparation. The standard broaches have been upgraded and can now process specimens with hardness up to 60 HRC.
