Application:
composite plate drop hammer impact tester is mainly suitable for prefabricated damage testing of composite plates, meeting various specifications of the aerospace and automotive industries. It uses impact force value sensors, test systems, and high-speed data acquisition cards to measure the load and deformation transient values of the impacted sample fracture process, that is, the impact absorption work, the force-displacement-energy curve of the impact process, and the characteristic points on the curve: slope discontinuity force F1, maximum contact force Fm, maximum force energy Wm, total impact energy Wt and corresponding displacement, so as to realize data analysis of the sample impact process, reflect the material's ability to resist dynamic impact loads, the force and deformation characteristics of the sample under impact loads, and the dynamic fracture toughness analysis of the material at high strain rates.
