Application
KASON CDW-60 Impact Testing Low Temperature Chamber is a versitile high and low temperature chamber used for cooling and heating preparation of Charpy impact test specimens. The low-temperature function of the instrument adopts a high quality compressor and uses the principle of thermal balance and circulating stirring method to achieve automatic cooling and constant temperature of the impact notch sample. The refrigeration system has multiple protection systems for overheating and over currents.
The high temperature function adopts stainless steel electric heater, forced ventilation and internal circulation temperature adjustment. The temperature control system adopts PID control mode and offers a accuracy display of 0.1 ℃. The temperature control is accurate and stable. It is equipped with a centrifugal fan, which forces the air to circulate in the box, ensuring that the temperature inside the test box is constantly controlled. The temperature gradient meets the standard requirements.
