1. Application
◆It can detect various defects such as wire breakage, wear, corrosion, deformation, loose strands, skipwire and material change on-line in the wire rope.
◆The Test result report can meet the standards of different industries and display the number of brokenwires and the ratio of the broken wire cross-sectional area to the total wire cross-sectional area.
◆Using computer USB interface to directly sample, process and analyze, with online sound andlight alarmand real-time display of results.
◆The sensor has a circular structure, circumferentially surrounding and axially magnetized, whichinstantlymagnetizes the wire rope to a saturation state.
