The hydraulic station is fitted with German ECKERLE high-pressure gear pump, matched with servo directional valve, stack relief valve, hydraulic lock, pipeline check valve, high/low pressure oil filters and air cooling system. It outputs stable oil pressure with low noise and minimal leakage. The single bidirectional hydraulic cylinder realizes smooth impact-free loading, maintaining tiny oil pressure fluctuation under long-term continuous testing.

3.3 High-Precision Sensing Components

Class 0.5 high-precision spoke Load Cell ensures accurate force measurement across the full 2%~100% FS range. Micron-level displacement sensor tracks cylinder travel in real time and automatically resets to zero after each test. A stainless steel handheld controller is provided to separately adjust crosshead movement and fixture clamping/releasing, eliminating the need for computer operation during specimen setup.

3.4 Intelligent Measurement & Control System

Equipped with independent Kason-550 three closed-loop controller, it supports seamless impact-free switching among force, deformation and displacement control modes. Multi-language operation software is standard with English interface, and also compatible with Russian, Turkish, Spanish and other languages for global customers. The complete control set includes an industrial computer and HP laser printer, which dynamically displays real-time test curves, records full test data, supports local curve zooming and data re-editing, and prints formal test reports and curves.
