1. Introduction
KAZON-ZNM series is a new type of automatic Spring Torsion Testing Machine developed by us. It is mainly used for Testing the torsion angle and torsional moment of torsion spring, spiral spring, elastic element and friction mechanism. It can measure the corresponding torque at a certain twist angle, and can also measure the corresponding twist angle at a certain torque. This machine is mainly used in spring manufacturing, low-voltage electrical appliances, power machinery, colleges and universities and research laboratories.
This machine adopts horizontal structure, and the precision stepping motor is used for power. The torque is large and the precision is high. The controller is the micro-processing system independently developed by us. The control method is mature and the performance is stable. This machine complies with JB/T 9370-1999 and JJG 269-2006 Torsion Testing Machine standards and material Testing methods. It can be tested and provided according to national standards and international standards such as ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration, research institutes, universities, quality inspection units and other departments.
2. Features
1) Real-time display of torque, peak value, and torsion angle.
2) Peak holding: The test torque gradually increases from 0, and the system defaults to starting a new test, automatically recording the peak value of this test.
3) The control method is simple, suitable for precise measurement in the laboratory and batch testing in the production line.
4) Up to 10 test points can be set, and the test results can display torsional stiffness.
5) It can achieve two functions: measuring torque angle with fixed torque and measuring torque with fixed torque angle.
6) System automatic judgment: Set standard values, allowable errors, and the system automatically determines whether it is qualified.
7) In automatic mode, it can achieve preset pre tightening torque, automatically reset the torque angle, and automatically return to the initial state after the test is completed.
8) The first large-scale LCD touch screen display in China, which can intuitively rotate the real-time parameters of the spring.
9) With sensor overload protection: To protect the safety of the sensor and mechanical components, the machine automatically shuts down when the torque applied to the sensor reaches the set torque upper limit.
10) Can store up to 100 sets of data, which can be used to measure torque, torque angle, rotation angle, torque speed, average stiffness.
