The multi-channel digital controller supports a sampling rate of 10kHz and a program generation frequency range of 0.0001Hz~100Hz, realizing precise control of test parameters.
2.Wide Application Range: It can perform a variety of tests, including high-cycle fatigue, low-cycle fatigue, tension-tension, tension-compression, compression-compression, fracture toughness, and crack propagation tests. It is suitable for testing metallic materials, non-metallic materials, composites, and various components, and can generate multiple test waveforms such as sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, and trapezoidal wave to simulate different service load conditions.
4.User-Friendly Operation: Equipped with professional test software that can run on Windows 7 or Windows 10 systems, supporting real-time data collection, parameter setting, and test curve display. The software has functions such as limit protection, PID setting, peak compensation, and S-N curve drawing for fatigue life statistics, and test data can be exported to Excel or Notepad for easy analysis and management. The lifting, locking, and sample clamping of the moving crossbeam are all operated by buttons, which are flexible and convenient.
5.Low Noise and Environmental Protection: The hydraulic power unit adopts a low-noise design, and the noise is ≤65dB when measured 1m away from the oil source with a handheld sound level meter, meeting the environmental requirements of the laboratory. The hydraulic system is equipped with an efficient oil filtration device to ensure the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and extend the service life of the equipment.
