Application:
Plastics HDT Vicat Softening Temperature Test Point Tester is used to determine the heat distortion temperature (HDT) and Vicat softening point of plastic materials. It is widely suitable for plastic, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, long fiber reinforced composite materials, high strength thermosetting lamination materials and other non-metallic materials.
The machine uses an English operating interface with Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows 7 to monitor the test temperature in real time, draw temperature and deformation curves in real time, print test reports, and realize historical saving. Click the mouse anywhere on the deformation and temperature curves, and the interface will automatically Display the deformation and temperature value at that location. It has an automatic lifting system for the Testing Machine and uses a high-precision displacement sensor to measure deformation.
