A high-precision 2000KN Hydraulic universal testing machine is set to be shipped to Turkey this week, which will significantly upgrade the country’s material mechanical property Testing level and support the quality control of its construction, manufacturing and infrastructure industries. The equipment, customized to meet Turkey’s industrial needs and international Testing standards, is expected to become a core tool for local laboratories and enterprises.
As Turkey advances infrastructure construction and industrial upgrading, the demand for high-load, multi-functional material testing equipment has been on the rise. The 2000KN Hydraulic Universal Testing machine is specially developed to address this demand, integrating advanced hydraulic technology and intelligent control to adapt to diverse testing scenarios in Turkey.
The machine features multiple superior performances. With a maximum test force of 2000KN, it adopts a high-rigidity gantry frame to ensure stable operation and uniform load distribution, capable of withstanding long-term high-intensity testing tasks. Equipped with an imported precision hydraulic pump and servo valve, it achieves Class 0.5 calibration accuracy, with a test force error within ±0.5% and a resolution of 0.01kN, ensuring accurate and repeatable test results.
Notably, it is a multi-functional testing equipment that can conduct tensile, compression, bending, shear and other tests on metals, non-metals and composite materials, widely applicable to construction steel, concrete, engineering plastics and other materials. It is fully compliant with international standards such as ISO 7500-1 and ASTM E8, as well as Turkey’s local testing standards, ensuring the authority and traceability of test data.
Equipped with an intelligent control system and touch screen operation, the machine realizes full automation of test cycles, data collection and report generation, minimizing manual operation errors. It also has multiple safety protection functions, including overload protection, displacement limit and sample breakage shutdown, effectively ensuring the safety of operators during testing.
“This shipment will fill the gap in high-load precision testing equipment in some local regions of Turkey,” said a representative of the equipment supplier. “It will help local industries strictly implement quality control and promote the healthy development of related fields.” The equipment is expected to arrive in Turkey within 20 days and be put into use after simple installation and calibration.
