The mainframe frame is mainly composed of a base, a top plate, a guide light rod and an aluminum alloy column. The base is a frame structure composed of two upper and lower 45 steel plates and an aluminum alloy column, and the sample fixture can be placed according to the sample; the column is an aluminum profile, with four-point support to ensure the stability of the mainframe frame; the connection between the aluminum alloy column and the bottom plate and the top plate is screwed. Although the entire frame is high, it has a low center of gravity and good stability. The guide rail is a precision light rod with a chrome-plated hardened surface, good straightness and high precision. The upper and lower ends of the light rod are threaded and tightened at both ends to ensure the rigidity of the mainframe frame and the guide rail, while avoiding the possibility of loosening of the mainframe's connection parts due to vibration.
