Spring Material Fatigue Testing Machine Is Ready for Shipment

A high-performance spring tension-compression fatigue Tester, customized for a European automotive component supplier, has recently completed production at a leading Chinese Testing equipment factory in Guangzhou. After passing strict pre-shipment inspections—including performance calibration and safety function checks—the machine is now packaged and ready for delivery, marking the factory’s laTest milestone in exporting specialized fatigue testing equipment.
Tailored to evaluate the long-term durability of springs under cyclic load conditions, the tester boasts several key features that set it apart. At its core is a high-stability servo drive system, which enables it to simulate up to 2 million fatigue cycles with a load accuracy of ±0.3% and a frequency range of 0.1–5 Hz. This precision ensures the client can reliably test how springs withstand repeated tension and compression, a critical requirement for automotive suspension and engine valve springs that endure constant stress during use.
The machine also offers strong compatibility, supporting springs with diameters from 3mm to 100mm and free lengths from 15mm to 600mm. Its adjustable clamping fixtures can be quickly swapped to fit different spring types, eliminating the need for separate testing equipment and reducing the client’s operational costs. To enhance usability, it is equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen control panel linked to professional testing software. Operators can preset cycle counts, load limits, and speed parameters, while the system automatically records real-time data (such as load peaks and cycle numbers) and generates fatigue life reports in PDF format—streamlining the client’s quality analysis process.
Safety and durability are further prioritized in its design. The tester features a reinforced steel enclosure with a transparent safety door (equipped with an infrared sensor) that pauses operations if opened. Its internal components, including the Load Cell and drive motor, are sourced from international brands to ensure stable performance even in 24/7 operation.
“We are confident this tester will meet our client’s strict durability testing needs,” said the factory’s production manager. “Every unit undergoes a 72-hour continuous operation test before shipment to confirm zero faults.” The factory will also send a technical team to the client’s site for installation guidance and operator training, along with a 2-year warranty for core components.
With shipment scheduled for next week, the machine is expected to reach the client’s facility in Germany within 15 days, where it will be integrated into their spring production line to enhance quality control and product reliability.
