The machine at the center of this delivery is our flagship material torsion Tester, a product built to address the rigorous demands of Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector. After two years of research and development, followed by intensive performance trials, this Tester offers a maximum torque measurement capacity of 1,200 N·m, making it ideal for testing the mechanical properties of materials like carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel – all critical for Saudi Arabia’s petrochemical pipelines and building structures. It comes with a high - precision sensor that guarantees an accuracy of ±0.5%, ensuring consistent and reliable test results even when evaluating high - strength materials. To suit local needs, the tester is equipped with a 10 - inch color touchscreen that supports both English and Arabic, while its temperature control system (operating from -10°C to 50°C) and IP54 dust - proof rating allow it to perform well in Saudi Arabia’s hot, sandy climate. Having earned IECEx and ISO 17025 certifications, this tester fully meets the strict safety and quality regulations of Saudi Arabia.
The collaboration with the Saudi client began after our participation in the Riyadh International Industrial Exhibition last year. Following multiple technical discussions, on - site demonstrations, and sample tests, the client was impressed by the tester’s performance. “For our pipeline projects, accurate material torsion data is vital,” said Abdulrahman Al - Saud, the client’s engineering director. “This tester’s consistent results during the demo phase made it the clear choice for our quality control processes.”
Our Middle East sales director, Wang Wei, highlighted the tester’s user - friendly features. “We’ve added a one - click test function that cuts operation time by 40%, and it can store up to 10,000 test records, simplifying data management for the client’s team.”
As of now, the material torsion tester has passed all pre - shipment inspections. It, along with spare sensors and a calibration kit, is packed in heat - resistant, shock - proof crates. The shipment will leave Guangzhou Port and is expected to reach Jeddah Islamic Port by September 18. A two - member technical team will accompany the machine to provide on - site installation, training, and a five - day trial run, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into the client’s operations.
