Overview:

The Masks Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester is used to determine the resistance of medical protective masks to penetration by synthetic blood at different test pressures,and can also be used to determine the resistance to blood penetration of other coating materials.

 

When doing test, face mask is held in target area, synthetic blood is pressurized so that certain amount of blood is ejected horizontally on to the specimen. The resistance to blood penetration of the specimen is then tested.

Features:

1. Touch screen operation, equipped with metal keys, sensitive operation, not easy to damage.

2. A sample fixation device with a projection of the test target area can simulate the actual use of the mask, leave the test target area without damaging the sample, and distribute the synthetic blood in the sample target area.

3. Specially designed constant pressure injection device can spray a certain volume of synthetic blood in a controlled time.

4. The injection speed corresponding to the simulated average blood pressure of 10.6kPa, 16kPa and 21.3kPa can be directly selected to carry out the test, without manual adjustment, and the test is convenient.

5. The fixed target plate can block the high pressure along the part of the jet liquid flow, and only allow the steady flow part to spray on the sample, which increases the accuracy and repeatability of the liquid velocity sprayed on the sample.
